The squeeze-out procedure will therefore be initiated, in accordance with Article 111 of the TUF and the Euronext Growth Milan regulations.<\/p><p>This step consolidates Mare Group&#8217;s strategy of aggregation and industrial growth, which on the same day also announced the successful takeover bid for Eles.<\/p><p>&#8220;Two key milestones on the same day.
